FAQ

Clear answers before you pay.

Plain-language answers drawn from PikoBuy’s public guide, shipping terms, returns page and service terms.

Independent guide: Policies and routes can change. Confirm the live PikoBuy terms for your item and destination before placing an order or submitting a parcel.

1. What does PikoBuy say it helps with?

PikoBuy describes product search, purchasing and payment assistance, warehouse inspection, international shipping and logistics tracking. Its public home page also says shoppers can search directly, submit a product link or image, or make a sourcing request.

2. What should I confirm before the first payment?

Confirm the exact listing, specification, colour, size and quantity. PikoBuy’s beginner guide says users select these options before submitting the purchasing order. Save the link and listing details so you can compare them with warehouse photos later.

3. Are the item payment and international shipping payment the same thing?

No. The public guide presents them as two stages: pay the purchasing order first, then choose a shipping route and pay the international shipping fee after the item is at the warehouse and you submit a parcel.

4. What can warehouse photos and inspection show?

PikoBuy says items are checked in, photographed and inspected for visible defects after arrival. Use the photos to compare visible colour, labels, quantity, exterior condition and accessories with your order. They are helpful evidence, but they do not guarantee quality, authenticity, fit or long-term performance.

5. Can I request more detailed photos?

PikoBuy’s shipping terms say you can view the inspection photos it provides or purchase additional detailed photos. Its terms also say professional inspection is not available for special or professional products.

6. When should I check whether an item can be returned?

Check as soon as the item becomes “In Warehouse.” PikoBuy says return applications should be made within five days after that status, measured as 120 hours from the next hour after the status change. Eligibility also depends on the seller’s return guarantee and the item remaining in the condition required for resale.

7. Are all items eligible for the return service?

No. PikoBuy lists exclusions and seller-specific conditions. Examples it lists include customised products, second-hand products and intimate apparel. The seller’s rules and the item’s packaging or condition can also affect whether a return is possible.

8. Who pays return-related charges?

It depends on the reason and the seller’s decision. PikoBuy says an unconditional return can include return shipping, the seller’s original shipping cost and a RMB 5 service fee. Where there is a confirmed seller-side issue, the seller normally bears costs unless the seller requires otherwise. Read the current return page before making the request.

9. How is shipping estimated?

PikoBuy’s estimate tool asks for the destination country or region, product type, weight, and parcel length, width and height. Use those inputs to compare options, but treat an estimate as planning information rather than a final delivered-price promise.

10. When does tracking appear after a parcel is sent?

PikoBuy’s beginner guide says tracking information will be available within three days after shipment. This is an availability guideline, not a delivery guarantee; international transit and customs processing can affect the overall timeline.

11. Who is responsible for customs duties, taxes and logistics risk?

PikoBuy’s terms say customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other cross-border charges. Its shipping terms say parcels are carried by third-party logistics providers and that risks such as customs issues, damage, loss and peak-season delays must be assessed by the user.

12. Does PikoBuy provide after-sales service for forwarded goods?

Its shipping terms say it does not provide after-sales service for forwarded products. The buyer must contact the seller or sender about the product, while PikoBuy can assist with shipping the goods back to that party.

13. What goods should not be ordered or shipped?

PikoBuy’s terms prohibit illegal, infringing and otherwise prohibited goods, including products without lawful intellectual-property rights or authorisation. Check both the platform’s current rules and the rules that apply to your destination before ordering.

14. Is this an official PikoBuy support page?

No. This is an independent research page. It does not process orders, payments, warehouse requests or shipping claims. Product and database links on this site lead only to FindSpreadsheet.
